Vinyl

I am not sure if this is qualified as a craft or not, but I just did some major decorating with vinyl in my daughter's room. I had to do every piece by hand, but I enjoyed it becasue I was so excited about how it was turning out.

I still need to make some curtains but that means I will have something fun to share next time.

Oh no... I have a silhouette machine that cuts them out, I had to put each individual piece up one by one. I know that there is a way to put them on a special paper so that you can make it easier but I haven't figured that out it. Oh man if I had to cut them out by hand that wouldn't have been as fun thats for sure!!!! I have a website where I can buy the vinyl (www.signwarehouse.com) but this time I just went to a sign place here in town and bought some. It is alot cheaper to order from online but I wanted to make sure I got the exact color I wanted. its harder to tell online.

I read on the silhouette website to use the Oracal Vinyl -- 631-Exhib. Grade Cal.-3 Yr -- 15" x 10 yds Perf. I hope that helps. Its only about $16.00 or so and it is 10 yards. So it last forever!! And it has sticky on the back so all you do is peel off your design and stick it.
